● This line is designed for wheelset assembly, including axle conveyor, wheel conveyor, pre-assembly, wheelset transfer, wheel (or brake discs) mounting and unloading the wheelset on the workshop track.<br> ● Applicable for passenger car and freight wagon wheelsets.<br> ● Fully automatic operation, with high performance and productivity.<br> ● With Manual and Automatic operation mode.<br> ● Mount both wheels on the axle simultaneously without reversal of the axle.<br> ● The control unit provides the measurement and recording system to real-time detect and record the applied pressing force and displacement for the control system to plot the force vs displacement diagram and show it on the LCD screen.

This Wheelset Assembly Line is designed to automatically mount the wheels (and brake discs) onto the axle and do the back-pressure test. It's applicable for the coach wheelsets and metro wheelsets with gearbox.
