Our wheel-mounted brake disc assembly machine is designed to tighten or remove the connection bolts between railway wheels and brake discs. The control system can real-time monitor the operation, record, save and export the data report.

Mobile Lifting Jacks

Mobile lifting jacks deliver maximum floor space flexibility, transforming any location that can support substantial floor loading into a potential maintenance or repair area. Not only can a mobile jack be moved anywhere in the shop, but the individual jacking units in the system can also be independently positioned to adjust easily to a variety of support points on a railcar. Standard capacities are 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50 Tons (per jack) and these are available in sets of 4, 8, 12, and 16.

Bogie Lift

The Bogie lift is designed for the assembly, disassembly or maintenance work of railway bogies. Both underfloor (pit type) and above floor design versions are available for customer options.

Bogie Frame Rotator

Hubei Heqiang bogie frame rotator allows a bogie frame to be lifted, rotated on its central axis from 0-360 degrees, and lowered to facilitate maintenance, repair and inspection on areas of the bogie frame that would typically be very difficult to access. The rotator consisits of two lifting jacks, equipped with a rotating device with a reduction motor, and the bogie frame is secured between the jacks with a fixing device.

Wheelset Rotator

Hubei Heqiang wheelset rotator allows a wheelset on it to be lifted and rotated to meet the requirements of manual inspection, grinding, measurement, flaw detection and other operations.

Wheelset conveying and pre-assembly system

Wheelset conveying and pre-assembly system is designed to convey wheels and axles, and then pre-mount the wheels/brake discs on the axles. It’s a integrated part of a wheelset assembly line.

Hydraulic Presses for small component assembly and disassembly

This C-type Hydraulic press is designed for assembly and disassembly of small railway components, such as rubber joints, small bearings, etc.

Intelligent lifting platform

The Lifting platform is used to assist in the disassembly and assembly of railcar bottom components, and move the component out of or into the railcar bottom.

Drop table

Hubei Heqiang drop table systems are designed to efficiently and safely remove and replace a wheel-set with a gearbox and traction motor or bogie from a railcar. The system is an electromechanical (self-locking screws) design. It sits within a pit below grade and act as a bridge for the railcar to pass over when it is up and in the locked position. When the wheel-set is ready for removal, the system can be unlocked and lowered and then traversed over to a “release” track or area to remove the wheel-set and replace it with a new one that has already been overhauled. This quick changeout process allows the railcar to be put back into service as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Wheelset Turntable

Hubei Heqiang Wheelset turntables are used for transferring wheelset from a service track to other tracks within a maintenance facility. The center slew bearing design allows a single person to rotate the bogie assemblies smoothly. The support rollers that are mounted along the periphery of the pit, provide additional structural support for the turntable, to minimize deflection of the structure during rail vehicle crosses over. The positioning locking device will lock the turntable precisely in any 90° of rotation. The turntables are available in manual rotation with positioning locking mechanism, as well as motorized version with automatic rotation and positioning locking system.

Bogie Turntable

Hubei Heqiang Bogie turntables are used for transferring bogie assemblies from a service track to other tracks within a maintenance facility. The center slew bearing design allows a single person to rotate the bogie assemblies smoothly. The support rollers that are mounted along the periphery of the pit, provide additional structural support for the turntable, to minimize deflection of the structure during rail vehicle crosses over. The positioning locking device will lock the turntable precisely in any 90° of rotation. The turntables are available in diameters ranging from 3 to 4m and can be configured to rotate automatically or manually pushing the bogie.

Locomotive Turntable

Hubei Heqiang turntables are used for transferring a locomotive or railcar from a service track to other tracks. The turntables are custom-designed and manufactured to meet specific capacity and diameter requirements. The turntable will be built in modular steel sections, allowing for a quick and reliable assembly at the site, which also provides better control of the overall equipment quality.

Railcar Transfer Table

Hubei Heqiang offers customized Transfer Tables to meet specific capacity and length requirements. The Transfer Table is a length of rail that traverses a locomotive or railcar to any number of parallel tracks. A single track (or two) can feed one end of the Transfer Table and the locomotive or railcar can be transferred on to many other tracks on the opposite end of the pit, into a locomotive or railcar repair shop.

HQ31 Series Automatic Bearing Mounting-Dismounting Press
