HQ01 Series Automatic Wheelset Mounting-Dismounting Press
● Fully automatic control. With high productivity.
● With Manual and Automatic operation mode.
● With double-ended ram cylinder, no need to reverse the axle 180°.
● The cylindrical rams are provided at the end face of ram cylinders to block the wheel hub for wheel mounting.
● A mobile slider device is installed on the machine bed for dismounting wheels, as well as mounting and dismounting of brake discs and gears.
● A motorized transfer trolley is provided for wheelset loading and unloading, and will exit the machine during the operation.
● The control unit provides the measurement and recording system to real-time detect the applied pressing force and displacement for the control system to plot the force vs displacement diagram and show it on the LCD screen.
● A measurement unit is provided at the upper crossbeam of the machine bed to detect the position of the component to be pressed and back-to back distance.

● The control unit is provided with sensors to real-time detect the applied pressing force and displacement for the control system to plot the force vs displacement diagram and show it on the LCD screen.
● The measurement will be carried out manually after mounting by the operator with manual measurement devices.
HQ11 Series Wheelset Dismounting Press
● Designed for removing the wheels or brake discs from the axle.
● Manual operation mode.
● With single-ended ram cylinder, need to reverse the axle 180° for dismounting wheels.
● A resistant column is equipped to block the wheel/brake disc for dismounting.
● 2 support trolleys are provided to support the axle during operation.
HQ11 Series Wheel Press for Back Pressure Test
● The horizontal wheel press is designed for the wheel back pressure test of rail vehicles.
● The press is provided with Manual and semi-Automatic operation mode. 2 operators are required to complete the operation.
● The press is equipped with one ram cylinder.
● After one wheel is tested, it needs to take out the wheelset, turn it 180° and put in the press to test the other wheel.
● A movable worktable is equipped to transfer the wheelset in place. The 2 axle supports on the worktable are provided to support the axle during the operation. The support height is manually adjustable. (A rotary worktable is optional to avoid reversal and 2nd location of the wheelset.)
● The alignment of the axle with the ram cylinder is carried out by the operator.
● The electrical control unit provides the recording system to record and save the detected data.
● A force sensor and displacement sensor are provided to real-time detect the required data for the control system to plot the back pressure test diagram on the LCD screen of the industrial PC. The back pressure test diagram can be printed on the supplied printer to provide a permanent record of each operation or save to a USB drive.
HQ06 Series Wheelset Mounting-Dismounting Press
● With a main cylinder and an auxiliary cylinder, need to reverse the axle 180°.
● With Manual and semi-Automatic operation mode.
● A centering device is provided at each end of the piston rods for axle positioning.
● A movable resistant column is equipped to block the wheel for mounting and dismounting.
● A manual transfer trolley is provided for wheelset loading and unloading, and will exit the machine during the operation.
● The control unit is provided with sensors to real-time detect the applied pressing force and displacement for the control system to plot the force vs displacement diagram and show it on the LCD screen.
