Wheelset Assembly Line

● This line is designed for wheelset assembly, including axle conveyor, wheel conveyor, pre-assembly, wheelset transfer, wheel (or brake discs) mounting and unloading the wheelset on the workshop track.
● Applicable for passenger car and freight wagon wheelsets.
● Fully automatic operation, with high performance and productivity.
● With Manual and Automatic operation mode.
● Mount both wheels on the axle simultaneously without reversal of the axle.
● The control unit provides the measurement and recording system to real-time detect and record the applied pressing force and displacement for the control system to plot the force vs displacement diagram and show it on the LCD screen.
