The provided service:
- Hubei Heqiang can provide the service of installation, commissioning, test, training, maintenance and after-sale service.
- The warranty period will be one year (or as per required) from the date of final acceptance test.
- During the warranty, we will be responsible to repair or replace any damaged component caused due to the machine quality at our cost. The warranty of the replaced parts will be one year from the date of replacement.
- After the warranty period, we will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts service.
- We will provide free upgrade of the control software by sending the upgrade software in CD format.
- The after-sale service includes all aspects, such as mechanical, hydraulic, electronic control, operation, training, software upgrade, etc.
- We will keep sufficient stock of the basic spare parts.
