Horizontal Hydraulic Press
● The horizontal hydraulic press is applicable for pressing-in and pressing-out wheelsets, pulleys, bushings, gears, motor bearings, shaft rotors of electric machines and other pressing and depressing works.
● The pressing capacity of the ram cylinder ranges from 200 to 1000 tons as required. It’s widely used in railway, mining, steel and mechanical applications.
● A movable resistant column is equipped to block the workpiece for pressing operation. U-type opening of the resistant column is available with front-opening and top-opening for option to suit specific needs.
● 2 support trolleys are provided to support the workpiece during operation.
● The control cabinet is provided with required action buttons/knobs. The pressing-in and pressing-out operation is carried out by pushing the relevant buttons on the panel.
● The measurement and recording system is available for customer option to real-time detect, record and save the applied force and displacement, and plot the pressing diagram of force vs displacement and show it on the LCD screen.

The vertical hydraulic presses is designed for drawing, bending, forming, correcting and pressing of metal plates/parts, as well as correction and straightening of plate parts and welding structure parts. The hydraulic presses are widely used in mechanical, petroleum, LNG, pressure vessels, chemical, wind-power, shipbuilding, power plant, aerospace, mining, etc applications.
