Plate Straightening Machine
Hubei Heqiang Plate straightening machines are designed for the straightening (leveling) of metal sheets of various dimensions and materials. The range of straightening machines for sheets includes widths of up to 5000 mm and thicknesses of up to 150 mm. Each machine is adapted to the thickness, width and type of material processed. Designed and manufactured with a configuration of 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 or 15 straightening rollers, for the processing of sheet metal of the required width and thickness.
The Plate straightening machines eliminate any possible curvature and sheet corrugation, reducing costs and customer problems. Our multi-cylindrical straightening equipment works by subjecting the material to “alternating deformations”: the diameter and the spacing of the rollers are essential to obtain a perfect result, according to the thickness and type of material processed. The Plate straightening machines are able to eliminate all forms of curvature and corrugation of the metal sheet. With a performing process of plastic deformation alternating with motorized rollers: a greater number of rollers in the case of thin and minor materials.
